Dianne and I missed you and Pat at the 10th Annual Patriotic Concert.
Hats off to the instrumental and vocal music students at Rockport-Fulton
High School. As usual, the Martha Luigiu Auditorium was filled to
capacity. The sounds of Sousa and Tchaikovsky filled the room and to
the best of my meager counting abilities, there were well over 300
students on stage.
It still amazes me that this little town on the Gulf
Coast of Texas and it's teenage kids have such tremendous respect for
the past and current members of the Armed Forces. Their teachers are
pretty special also.
We did see a number of our fellow Rockport 35
friends in attendance, which tells me that while we are escaping the
frigid north, we still know the important things in life.
Thanks
veterans and current members of OUR Armed
Services!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
