Our First Bonfire

Way back on February 1st we had our first bonfire/hotdog roast. It took place at the end of Main Street on the way back gravel part of the road. Those old washing machine drums sure came in handy for keeping a contained fire.

You can see by the pictures that it was not the warmest evening (warmth was not to be for some time to come) but we were all getting cabin fever and needed a night to just hang loose.

Needless to say everyone had a great time and looked forward to future bonfires when, hopefully, the weather would be more to all our liking.
