Bev's back surgery went well Tuesday. In fact, it went so well that they did a bit more than was planned.
While the surgery itself went well, I've not heard how successful it was in relieving the pain. It might take a while before the full benefits are noticed.
The earliest she could possibly be home is Saturday.
