Now we each have a cast: I had a cast of eight delightful characters last week, for the dinner theater. And now Pat has her own colorful cast.
Hers is a "long arm" cast to prevent her wrist from rotating, following the small fracture she incurred during a fall last Sunday. (Or, as I call it, "Pat's most recent trip.")
She had her choice of decorator colors; chose blue!
Her broken toe(s) are expected to heal "by themselves" —especially if she keeps from bending them.
She has another appointment with Dr. Tucker in three weeks, at which time they expect to remove the long-arm cast and replace it with a much shorter one.
